This site is simple. I've had a double mastectomy, implant reconstruction, capsulectomy, and now a DIEP flap. Four surgeries. Years of figuring out what to pack, what to buy, and what nobody thinks to warn you about. I wrote it all down so you don't have to learn it the hard way.

How this works: Pick your procedure from the list page. Each link has a list of everything you'll actually need, for the hospital, for home recovery, and for the stuff that catches you off guard. Every list is printable. Every product I recommend is something I've personally used. That's it. No treatment talk, no staging, no medical advice. Just the practical, logistical, "what do I put in my bag" stuff.
